Bamboo Leaf Hoya (Hoya Wayetii)
Hoya kentiana has elongated, narrow, green leaves, similar to Bamboo. Their waxy, porcelain-like flowers give this plant the common name, Wax Plant. This Hoya is often confused with Hoya wayetii. The Hoya kentiana is said to have longer, more pointed leaves than the Hoya wayetii. This Hoya looks great in a hanging basket indoors near a window or under a porch. The blooms of this plant forms burgundy to red clusters of circular flowers on yellow stems and smell of butterscotch. Hoyas prefer bright, indirect light, humidity, and to dry out between waterings. Available in a 6" pot.
