Alocasia "Polly," also known as the African Face Mask and the Elephant Ear, is a unique addition to any plant collection. The arrowhead or shield-shaped leaves are a glossy forest green white protruding white veins. This plant prefers a bright indirect, humid spot in your home. Only water when the soil has dried to prevent disease. This plant is unique in that it can only sustain a certain amount of leaves before they yellow and die to conserve energy or to grow new leaves.
