Calathea "Rosy" (Calathea roseopicta "Rosy")

Round, fuchsia colored leaves with thick margins of dark green grow from the center of the plant. Over time, the fuchsia changes to a blush pink and the margins turn almost black with maturity. A majestic member of the Prayer Plant family, the Rosy Calathea adds a romantic touch to any home. Calatheas prefer medium to bright, indirect light and to be watered when the top soil is dry 1" down. Consistent watering and a humid environment is preferred, such as a bathroom or kitchen. Available in 4" pots.
